If you chose the personalized guidance track, your mission doesn't end when your decision packet arrives. Once your rating is secured and your backpay hits your account, you have complete command over how you back our mission:

• The Value Assessment: Look at where your rating stands now compared to when we started. Consider the lifetime income, healthcare access, and long-term security you have secured for your family. Ask yourself what that breakthrough—and the personal time invested to help you get it—is worth to you.

• The "Pay-It-Forward" Principle: We do not charge corporate fees or contracts. Instead, veterans who successfully secure an increase through our personal guidance track typically choose to donate a small fraction of what a private corporation would have stripped from their backpay. Your donation directly funds the operational infrastructure, allowing us to keep the DIY tools free and our personal time available for the next service member transitioning out of the ranks.

• Zero Obligation: If your claim is denied, or if your financial situation is locked down tight, you owe us absolutely nothing. We gamble our time on our brothers and sisters. If you don't win, or if you hit hard times, we stand by you, period.

• 1. Non-Representation: We are independent educational and strategy consultants. We are not Veterans Service Officers (VSOs), VA-accredited agents, or attorneys. We do not possess power of attorney, we do not represent you before the VA, and we will never speak to the government on your behalf.

• 2. Free Alternatives Exist: Free, VA-accredited assistance is widely available through authorized organizations (such as the VFW, DAV, and American Legion) or county veterans service offices. Our services are entirely voluntary educational supplements.

• 3. Absolute Client Ownership: You maintain 100% command over your file. You are the sole author of your personal statements, the sole executor of your forms, and the only person who will hit "submit" via VA digital portals.

• 4. Credential Privacy: We will never ask for, accept, or log into your personal ID.me, Login.gov, or DS Logon accounts. Your security credentials belong to you alone.
