A successful operation requires clear lines of communication and transparent logistics. This section outlines how we operate and the costs associated with our support.
Current Status: The lead coordinator of AssaultPosition.us is a Veteran of the Marine Corps. We are currently in the process of becoming an Accredited Representative with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Legal Disclaimer: I am not currently a VA-accredited attorney or agent. I provide educational resources and peer-to-peer preparation assistance. I do not "represent" veterans before the VA at this time.
I am committed to providing transparent and accessible support for our veteran community.
Logistics Fee: $0.00
The intel is free, but the 'Supply Chain' for scotch and ammo requires constant maintenance. If we helped you seize the objective by securing your disability rating and compensation you deserve, a donation would be greatly appreciated to help keep the magazines loaded and the glasses full. Contributions are never expected, but think of it as a voluntary resupply to keep the mission—and the scotch—flowing for the next veteran in the fight.
Transition Plan: Once accreditation is finalized, our fee structure will transition to a percentage-based model for retroactive payments (backpay).
Strict Compliance: Any future fees will strictly follow the guidelines authorized and regulated by the Department of Veterans Affairs (typically 20% of backpay) and will only be applicable to successful outcomes.
Security: Your medical and service records are your private property. We do not store your PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
Chain of Custody: We provide the templates; you maintain the master file. Never send original documents to the VA; always maintain a duplicate "Mission Pack" for your own records.
